Note:  Garter placement songs are songs played as the woman (who was the winner of the bouquet toss) puts the bride’s garter on the arm of the winner of the garter toss. You can enhance the garter placement with a drum roll or a song.   I usually don't see this at Wedding Receptions that I have done.  It is totally optional.
