    There is a 3.75% fee per website, 3.75% fee paying by iPad app or phone app (in person). Please put your name on the first line and then the event date on the second line. Once that is done, click the "pay now" button" to pay your deposit.

    You can pay your payments and/or final payment here.  There is a 3.75% transaction fee when paying by credit card. Please enter the amount you wish to pay when making a payment and/or making the final payment.  Once you enter the amount, enter your name and date on the first line, then the type of event on the second line. Once that is done, click the "my payment" button to pay your payment/final payment.

  • Overview of Ways of Paying

    Cash-
    We do accept cash but only received the date of the event and/or making payment in person.  Not a good idea to mail cash in an envelope.
    Check-
    We do accept checks.  Please make it out to:  Ewing's Mobile DJ Service.  If you don't have a phone number on the check, please write it on there, just in case we have problems.  Once we receive your check, we will deposit in the company account so your account will be updated sooner.  
    Money Order-
    We do accept money orders.  Please make it out to:
    Ewing's Mobile DJ Service.  
    Credit Cards/Paypal/Square UP
    Before you decide to pay your deposit, make sure that we are available for your date.  We will mail a contract out to you to fill out and once the contract is signed, then you can pay your deposit.  To check your date, you can check that out below close to the bottom of the page on the right side.
    Credit Card/Debit Card-
    We accept major credit cards.  Visa, American Express, Discover, Master Card.  Please note that we do charge a 3.75% processing fee to charge your credit card each time.  3.75% is for making transactions on the website through PAYPAL (only).  3.75% is charged by using your card in person at the event and the Square Up store online.  I will explain details below and state an agreement between you (the client) and our company (Ewing's Mobile DJ Service) when it comes to paying by credit card and/or using our secure terminals. 
    Withdraw From Bank-This is only offered if you have a Paypal account and want to transfer money between bank accounts.  Percentage fees still apply.  
    Paypal (Secure Terminal)-Secure payment portal for paying your deposit/payment/final payment.  You can charge your credit card there, pay from your paypal account and withdraw from your bank account. 
    Square (Secure Terminal)- You can go through my store and pay through there.  On the Square Store, you can only pay by credit card.

    How Do You Use Paypal and/or Square Store?

    Paypal-

    Making a Payment/Final Payment-  There is a 3.75% fee per transaction on website, 3.75% fee per transaction when paying by iPad app or phone app (in person). Please enter the amount you wish to pay when making a payment and/or making the final payment.  Once you enter the amount, enter your name and date on the first line, then the type of event on the second line. Once that is done, click the "my payment" button to pay your payment/final payment. Window will pop up with the amount you put in the box with the fee already figured in.   Click on the desired payment method you're using.  There should be tabs stating debit card, send money, then credit card and paypal (or something like that). 
    Square Store-
    Just click on the blue "payment" button underneath the Square Store area.  It will open a window and will take you to my square store.  All of my options are on there.  They are separated by categories as well.  To make a deposit on there, there is a deposit tab on there.  If you want to return and pay your final payment after you pay the deposit, please let me (Brandon) know so I can give you a special code stating that you paid your deposit.  Please call if you have any questions: (816) 456-3995.  Please note that when checking out, there is a 3.75% transaction fee per transaction when paying through square. 
     
     

    Confused?

    If you have any concerns and/or confused on how to pay with your card with the tools to the left of the screen and don't want to make the payment yourself, I would be more than happy to make the payment for you.  By filling out the information below, you are hereby giving me permission to use the information you stated for making your payment.  The information will not be shared but destroyed once I make the payment and/or final payment.  I will send an email when finished.

    I authorize Ewing's Mobile DJ Service to charge the credit card indicated in this authorization form. This payment authorization is for the goods/services described on separate invoice agreement (contract) or package entertainment offered to me by the company, for the amount indicated from the contract plus the 3.75% (processing fee), and is valid for future use to complete balance due payments. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company,  so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in terms of service.
